Scottish Land Fund Stage 1 award

In November 2016 the Fittie Trust applied for and was successfully awarded a Scottish Land Fund Stage 1 grant. This secured the Trust £11,870 to pay for contractors to carry out the initial feasibility surveys on the Gospel Hall (architects, quantity surveyors, district valuer, business plan consultant etc). On completion of this feasibility study the Trust will submit a Stage 2 application to the Land Fund to apply for money to purchase the building.
