Menopause is not the end of anything but the conversations around it can make it feel that way. Menopause affects every woman differently but one thing is universal: too many women are navigating it without the right information, support or community around them.
Menopause Unfiltered hosted by Blue Space is here to change that.
Our Team:
At Blue Space, our team of qualified experts – Linda Engles and Elizabeth Young – will design and deliver a day built entirely around giving you the knowledge, tools and connections to not just cope with menopause, but to thrive through it.
This is a day retreat designed for women who are done with the whispers, the guesswork and the soldiering on in silence. Come as you are. Leave informed, energised and connected.
What you’ll experience:
🌿 Meditation — a guided practice to quiet the noise, restore calm and equip you with knowledge you can return to again and again when symptoms feel overwhelming.
🧘 Yoga — a guided session designed specifically for women experiencing menopause, helping to ease physical symptoms, reduce stress and reconnect with your body in a compassionate, non-judgement space. (mat, pillow and blanket provided).
💡 Menopause Myth Busters — drawing on the latest research, this session cuts through the misinformation and gives you evidence-based answers to the questions you’ve been Googling at 3am. Brain fog, mood changes, sleep disruption, workplace impact — we’re covering it all, unfiltered.
💬 Group Coaching — facilitated by our accredited coaches, this powerful session brings women together to share experiences, build practical strategies for managing symptoms at work and at home and leave with a personal toolkit you can start using immediately.
Who is this for?
This is an inclusive event for any woman (cisgender, trans, non-binary) navigating perimenopause or menopause — whether you’ve just started noticing changes or you’re deep in the thick of it. You belong here.
