Join us for a relaxed Sunday morning at Fittie Community Hall, combining gentle yoga, delicious food and lovely company.
We’ll begin with a welcoming yoga practice suitable for all levels before enjoying a nourishing plant-based brunch from the wonderful Fittie Bakery.
Whether you come with a friend or arrive solo, this is a chance to slow down, move your body, meet like-minded people and enjoy a few hours just for you.
